I have spent about 4 hours walking the streets of Feilding today delivering the Bounce house flyers i designed, reason being is when i look at Feilding my home town it only represents around 40% of business for my bounce houses,
I do get customers from Facebook especially when i promote a post but i was thinking lets do a letter box drop and hopefully i can increase the 40% to 60% at the same time taking business off the opposition.
I put around 400 - 450 of these in letterboxes today and i imagine i walked 8 - 10k as well, not every letter box got one as a few imagine 10% have signs up saying no junk mail or advertising material!
The best letterbox i came across was an old microwave mounted on a post - i had to open the microwave door and put my flyer inside :)
Feilding is a NZ town with about 15,000 people living in it and it has approx 6400 houses so i still have a way to go but hey its exercise anyway
I have also voted today in the New Zealand General election so now i can sit back and relax for the rest of the day
