Proof-of-Individuality (POI) — PoC3

The project is 99% finished. The first PoC is on http://github.com/d11e9/poi, the second on http://github.com/proofofindividuality/poi , and there’s a whitepaper on https://github.com/proofofindividuality/poi/blob/master/whitepaper.pdf

The third PoC is being written now, and uses a modified version of the group-sorting algorithm from the first PoC, and then most of the features which were added in the second PoC.
