Chris stared at the screen in disbelief. He rubbed his eyes, quickly glanced at the clock ticking on the wall. It was eight minutes past eleven in the morning. He rubbed his eyes again, refreshed his browser and looked back at the computer screen. His uploaded video was gone! All the likes and positive comments he got for his fans! all gone! Chris had some 320,000 subscribers on the platform, and many of his videos had been deleted.
There was a low but persistent knock on the door. He remembered that he'd invited his childhood friend, Douglas, over the evening before to discuss their next video. He struggled to get up from his bed, and made it to the door.
"VeeTube just removed most of my crypto videos citing 'harmful or dangerous content' and 'sale of regulated goods'," Chris blurted to Douglas without even a greeting.
"Hmmm. Good morning to you too. Are you sure about this?" Retorted Douglas, feeling a little exasperated.
" I double-checked. You know I've been making videos on this platform for more than 8 years, and I have built up around 17 million views."
Chris is passionate about crypto. It took him exactly 12 days and seven hours to make his latest video. A video he considered a masterpiece, but to his dismay all his hard work and creativity was removed from Veetube without even a warning.
