Rumors first mounted after a Jesuit priest appeared on the Art Bell show who divulged the secrecy practiced about
the mission of the Lucifer Observatory from its inception to completion. Interest had already been aroused from its
dubious selection of a name and the choice of its placement in Arizona. But then came the newly discovered Hale-Bopp
"comet" almost on cue. Like the much later Elenin, a "comet" that didn't act like one.
Hale-Bopp came through the solar system twice, the second time its double nuclei even more prominent. At the time
there was a group of amateur astronomers, the Millennium Group, whose habit of renting time on observatory telescopes
was well known and whom I had contacted. I told them to watch closely as Hale-Bopp went its nearest to the sun on its
way out of the solar system the second time. There it lost its dual nuclei and the group saw Electro-Motive-Craft (EMVs)
for the first time. Even saw them interacting with sun spots and solar flares. Backing up what I had told Dr. Norman
Bergrun earlier about the EMVs he had found in the rings of Saturn and named. That they would be found in the sun,
something NASA had known for years.
The Jesuits had hoped hundreds of years they would have one of their own become Pope, the Black Pope. The comet
that would come closest to the new millennia would herald that time. A prophetic sign of completion in a new order
where the Church would again have its former sway as the Second Estate. A prophecy that came not from God but
from Lucifer/Satan.
