Development of the New Telegram Mini Game "Cryptid Hunter" – Exploring Integration with the STEEM Ecosystem

We are currently developing a Telegram Mini Game called "Cryptid Hunter", a casual idle trading card battle game built on the CryptoHunter World IP. Our goal is to create an engaging Play-to-Earn (P2E) experience that is easy to access and enjoyable for players.

Introduction to Cryptid Hunter

Cryptid Hunter is designed as a Telegram Mini App, allowing for seamless gameplay. Players can collect cards, engage in PvE and PvP battles, and earn rewards.
To ensure a sustainable P2E model, we have carefully structured our token economy, incorporating various burning mechanisms to minimize inflation and maintain long-term value.

Potential Integration with the STEEM Blockchain

The current STEEM ecosystem faces challenges such as low community power and long consensus processes, making it difficult to secure DAO-based funding and support.
Thus, we plan to establish a successful P2E case study with Cryptid Hunter first, then propose a STEEM-based dApp as a follow-up initiative.

For the STEEM ecosystem to grow, it requires a diverse range of high-quality dApps and continuous user acquisition.
However, launching a service on the STEEM blockchain alone does not guarantee a large user base or sustainable revenue, which is why proper development and investment in both game design and marketing are essential.

Our goal is to prove the success of Cryptid Hunter, then introduce STEEM-based dApps as an extension, allowing more projects to leverage the advantages of the STEEM blockchain.

Future Plans

Cryptid Hunter is set to launch its Alpha service by late February 2025, with continuous updates and improvements to follow.
Through this, we aim to explore STEEM ecosystem integration opportunities and develop concrete proposals for future STEEM-based dApps.

As a STEEM Witness, I am constantly looking for ways to contribute to the expansion and development of the STEEM blockchain.
Cryptid Hunter is just the beginning, and I am committed to making this project a successful example of how P2E can integrate with STEEM.
