Apparently she has 25 agents under her Singapore base and all her agents are highly productive ones, with efficiency of 1:17-70 agents with the help of the back end data analytic infrastructure. 乐观其成，新加坡尤其政府组屋的交易程序相当有序，所以自助是不大难的。而大马的就不是太straight forward ，所以如果有个app 可以程序化也是好的。
