Secondly, you need to open the 1-pound tub but make sure you do not spill any as it can cause a big mess. Thirdly, you need to put your hand inside the tub and look for a spoon. Once you find the spoon you need to find a magic bullet or a blender of any type. Next, you need to put about 2 scoops of the whey protein into the blender and add about 2 cups or water or milk, it is all up to you which you would like. That is not 100% true. You do not lose protein from working out. Either your body uses the protein or any extra protein gets turned into fat.
