I decided to up my protein intake while trying to kerp fit and trim. I've looked into lots of varieties of protein additions and found PHD diet whey seemed to be thr best tasting, best to blend, and least calorific when trying to reduce calorie intake.
I can say the vanilla cream mixed with 175ml water is lovely ~ but with an added ripe banana and some cold water or ive cubes, its delicious!! They do this in lots of variations so iv ordered salted caramel, and strawberry to add to my vanilla cream option. Ill let yoi know how the new ones taste. :)
