Psychiatry is a pseudo-science and lie that is defined as “generatio spontanea” for executive disorder, and, the symptoms that are caused by it, such as mental disorder or mental illness. Hysteria, that died out with female voting rights, was a perfect case study of this. The diagnoses diverted attention from the real world issue, that women lacked voting rights. People who accepted "their diagnosis", were welcomed by society as long as they never ever brought up their opinion on the issue the diagnoses suppressed. They were forced to live a lie. Those who refused, and stuck to a non-deluded world view, had a better life, higher health, quality of life, and so on. Psychiatry is not a science, it is an excuse to ignore real-world issues of social oppression, in favour of a fairy tale. First, do no harm.
