10 Tips To Energize Yourself

We all want to feel vital and energized; sometimes it just feels overwhelming to make so many changes all at once. We end up "trying" for a day or two, then we just give up! Don't "try" so hard, make a few simple changes at a time, but make sure all the changes stick with you!

Here's 10 tips that can be made with simplicity and ease, and you'll feel the changes to your energy in no time!

 ╠ Eat breakfast every morning, fresh fruit and a muffin can even be eaten on your way to work! Fruit Smoothies are my new favorite, here's a very quick recipe: 1 cup fresh fruit, 1 cup non-fat milk and 4 or 5 ice cubes! Blend it up and enjoy!

 ╠ Instead of coffee, have a cup of herbal tea (and maybe an aspirin till those pesky headaches from caffeine withdrawal stop).

 ╠ Stay away from Hydrogenated oils, take a few extra minutes in the grocery store to read the labels, it's worth it!

 ╠ Don't be too busy for lunch, eat something, would you?

 ╠ Take a few short breaks throughout your work day, get up and stretch, take a quick walk to the restroom or grab some cold water.

 ╠ Read at least one inspirational or spiritual book every month.

 ╠ Listening to your favorite song is a great "pick-me-up", try it!

 ╠ Sleep at least 8 hours EVERY night.

 ╠ Say a prayer or positive affirmation before you go to bed and as soon as you wake up in the morning.

 ╠ Do something special just for you every single day. This goes a long way and it's very easy to do, after you get used to the fact that you can!

See, changes to energize you can be simple, and you can feel the rise in energy almost immediately!
