Dream Killers: Do You Have These In Your Life?

After going through many personal growth programs and having read more than enough books, I realized that what's holding most people back are two things.

  1. Lack of clarity
  2. Distractions
Let me explain.

Lack of clarity stems from now knowing (or not having thought through) what you REALLY want out of life. A lot of us think we want to get married, have kids and raise a family, but is it REALLY what we want?

Too often I see my friends in their late 20s pressured to marry. Are they deciding or are they coerced?

Good news is, clarity can be easily remedied. Watch this video by Vishen Lakhiani from Mindvalley - The Three Most Important Questions.

Distractions come in many forms -- shiny object syndrome, social media, mindless consumption, etc. These tiny time wasters can add up very fast and slow you down (or even kill) your progress.

Here are some of the big wins you can starting today:

  1. Remove Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube from your phone (just access them via the browser, your usage will plummet)

  2. Install DF Youtube to remove the Recommended YouTube videos section and Facebook Newsfeed Eradicator on Chrome.
