Adam, from TheBioneer youtube channel, posts a lot of interesting videos. To try to describe it in a couple of words, his approach is rather original.
Adam is into programming, neuroscience, writing, exercise and fitness. So, this is a very unique blend. Some of his videos that I like and I watch and rewatch are:

- How to Develop a Sense like Spiderman
- How to think like Sherlock Holmes
- Humans are the Most Awesome they've Ever Been
The last one is probably the best. It makes you rethink your perspective on life and stop 'bitching' and complaining and actually being grateful for what you have and for the relatively safe world we live in today (compared to people living in the past).
However, this video I'm suggesting today is about a technique used in psychotherapy and also in self-help - a technique called cognitive behavioral therapy. This helps people manage and often cure their phobias, anxiety, and mental issues that hold them back.
