Priority
Priorities have a logical, realistic and critical thinking. They are easy to concentrate, appreciate their time and, as the name suggests, are strong in prioritization. The workplace of the priorities is minimalistic, the speech is laconic and even dry, business letters often do not have greetings and farewells, because such people are interested in specific information.
Priorities can easily cope with complex tasks in the shortest time, but a veiled task like "This project lacks peppercorns" will put them in a dead end.
Priority is hampered by:
Inaccuracy or lack of information.
Long generalizations and abstract phrases.
Fuzzy terms and tasks.
Empty talk and stories about your personal life.
What will help to become more productive:
Simple but effective office supplies, such as a notepad with tear-off sheets, to quickly transfer a note, or stickers, to instantly attach a note with a sudden idea.
Applications that allow you to monitor daily tasks and long-term goals (for example, 42Goals, Wunderlist), timers, scheduling techniques related to exact terms (Moosti).
A list of cases with specific tasks and deadlines.
