STRUGGLING WITH SOMETHING? HOW YOUR OWN DREAMS CAN HELP!

For anyone into personal growth, Dreams are WONDERFUL tools for self awareness. We tend to have different types of dreams for different reason. For the sake of simplicity I am focusing on the Dreams that can enlighten.

HOW TO HAVE HELPFUL DREAMS
Easy Peasy...

  1. Have the Intention
  2. Put a pen and paper/journal by your bed or a voice recorder ( whatever feels right for you)
    3.Before you go to sleep ask for awareness/help/solution to be shown to you for whatever you are struggling with
    4.When you wake you WILL remember the dream. Write or record it immediately.
  3. Have gratitude ( the energy of this feeling assists in creating more of what you are grateful for)
  4. Spend time with what you have recorded every day.

UNDERSTANDING DREAMS

This can be the tricky part. Although it's possible you many have an instant understanding. The more you work with your dreams the easier it gets
Dreams are highly symbolic. A Dream Dictionary or an online search might help guide you. You can look up elements of the dream and see what resonates. This can be a good basis for starting to understand dreams but the person who knows best about your dreams is you. More likely dreams need to 'sit' with us for a while and the understanding can unfold. This can also happen just by asking ( Source/Higher Self-whatever u believe in) to show us the meaning.

Recurring Dreams
Have an important message. Notice how the dream makes you feel. Can you connect this to an aspect of discomfort in your life? When you understand the message and take action the dream's job is done and reoccurance will end.

Practise
As with many things the more you intentionally ask for dreams to come to you and record them. The easier it gets. You will tend to find that you develop your own dream language that is personal to you and this gives you insights that might be missed in waking life. For e.g. I dream a specific symbol if my body is developing some sort of infection. I then know I need to rest etc to assist my body to come back to balance and this prevents full blown problems from developing.
