10 Ways To Feel Bloody Amazing Every Day

  1. Sing and dance every day.
  2. Eat real food that comes from the ground.
  3. Practice a daily gratitude ritual.
  4. Take 100% responsibility, especially for what you blame other people for (especially family).
  5. Be in nature.
  6. Be of service to others.
  7. Exercise in ways you love most days.
  8. Live your dream.
  9. Let go of "should", "have to", "but", "can't" and "try".
  10. Nurture yourself a little every day and a lot once per week.
