Psychodrama

Psychodrama is a technique used to analyze the inner world of people and then to solve their problems. This technique, which we are often familiar with from films, reveals mental bursts that are so unimaginably effective by bringing human emotions to the surface.

Psychodrama is a psychotherapy technique developed by Jacob Moreno

the patients learn various ways of living, feelings, conflicts under the supervision of the therapist and learn new ways of doing internal observation or coping with stress situations.

usually carried out in a 3-sided arrangement:
a patient (patient) who presents or plays with emotional problems and relationships with people, a trained assistant who plays supportive roles representing the important people in the scene, and a therapist who ultimately directs this process. this technique, based on psychoanalytic psychodramatic principles, is thought to have led to the patient being able to confront unconscious conflicts in this way as well and to experience some kind of emptying through staging.

How is the psychodrama technique performed?

educated in psychodrama, participated in the drama for a sufficient time and attained the ability to manage drama. predetermined seams are made in groups. your goal is to be stronger, more mature and healthy by entering your inner world with someone else's mirror holding, contradictions and resolving conflicts. one of the participants in the sessions gives the outline of a positive or negative experience and tells what role he or she wants to play. and the event is animated. both the person who lived the event in fact and those who have similar experiences concentrate (so many of those who are crying with solidification) to experience the feelings of their first experiences and to solve the unresolved and internalized feelings of the inner world and solve them every once in a while he finds something and solves it and relaxes and confronts himself and his inner world step by step.

// Let's look at a dictionary author who has personally experienced it

'''Before starting, think about the group of psychodrama "Hello I am an alcoholic", "Let's embrace italo, let's love it" and so on. Although it sounds like an airplane in the air, on the first day I saw a much different kind of therapy. At first I guess I do not understand what it means to enter the role, what is the double, what is the protogonist, what is the association, how the feedback is like, and as soon as my head observes the situation very seriously and then the first protogonist study shows that maybe in 10-20 years you will realize that perhaps you will never realize that a situation makes it easier for you to see and act.

in the work of someone else's mother, father, lover, sense of security, fear, ambition, anxiety etc. in it. you can enter roles, or you'll die in another job or god. you come face to face with a lot of things you do not notice with your resistance, with your fears, with your anger, you do not want to accept, you are angry, you are afraid, you understand, you are forgiven. maybe the work will be very heavy, you will break up, but then you will recover as you understand the situation, you will end up working as more strengthened and more relaxed. then you will try to imagine what you realize, what you understand ...''

// Psychodrama is officially the rehearsal of life. a group of work techniques where the participants mirror each other so that it is not possible to deceive yourself, and to raise your awareness in the skies. you see that the solution of the problems is not the others, but that you are structuring yourself, you give up trying to deal with people, you go to yourself, you catch the cause-effect relationships in your life without someone telling you. it would be a mistake to think that it would offer you a magic wand. you will evolve the patterns, thoughts and judgments of the years over time, finely, and you will put them into practice and you will believe that it can be above all.
