There has been tragic events when some people ends their life due to the series of depression and anxiety disorders. Some of them conceal their pain and has no one to express how they feel. They fear criticisms and embarrassment from people who might judge them. They have irrational fears that other might treat them as laughing stock. However, depression and anxiety disorder shouldn't be joked about. It should be taken seriously. Unfortunately, some people who doesn't understand thinks it is just a simple anxiety and sadness one could feel. It is NOT! You cannot even put your position to them because you don't have them.

Gladly, people are now getting open to talk about it. When you visit online forums, people freely express what they feel and the sympathy outpours through everyone. It gives at least a temporary relief for everyone realizing they are not alone in the battle, and that they are able to conquer it.

I even created posts about anxiety disorder and depression. Some people openly expressed about their condition. You can find the article about anxiety below.

If you are feeling depressed and signals of anxiety disorders manifest, seek help. Speak about it. You deserve to heal. Someday, you are able to break free from the rollercoaster you are chained on. Have a great and peaceful day!
