Interesting article that explains a lot of communication difficulties in the world. Problem is, I don't think that awareness of these phenomena would result in any measurable improvement in communication/remembering etc as it demands a certain level of intellect that may not be all too prevalent throughout the world.

I don't disagree with you, but I do think it'll have a measurable improvement for those that can understand it, and for me, that's enough.
