What Is Depression?
Depression is a common illness that affects how you feel, the way you act, and think. Depression affects 1 in 15 adults in a year. And 1 in 6 people will experience depression in their life.
Depression Symptoms:
- Change in appetite
- Feeling sad
- Change in their sleep
- Thoughts of death or suicide
- Having difficulty thinking, concentrating, or making decisions
Theirs just so many symptoms of depression. Hopefully you now know some of the symptoms, so if you see any of these showing up in your family. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!
