Anxiety is your body's way of telling you to let go of a few bad habits.

Have you ever felt so overwhelmed with screaming thoughts that you couldn't move? So suffocated that you didn't know what to do? What you really wanted to do? That's General Anxiety Disorder. And disorder indeed...

Over 20% of the population feels this way and doesn't know how to overcome it or understand what is really happening and where it comes from. Is it physical? or psychological? Some say that the brain isn't able to regulate itself or is producing too much of a certain hormone or not enough of another... Bottom line is, anti-anxiety medicine doesn't help and just gets you hooked.

Messed up right? What did we all do to deserve being born without a life-manual? We're all just lost until we're found.
