Love this metaphor used by Susan Heitler, clinical psychologists. She came up with it when describing the process of identification of the panic attack trigger- whenever you have experienced a panic attack or anxiety attack, go back in your memory and search for that glimpse, the memory, thought or image that came across your mind, right before the attack. That's your trigger, so whenever you experience something similar or come across a similar situation "catch that trigger like a butterfly". Love it :)
and Kyiv is literally filled with butterflies right now, plenty of room to practice.
have an amazing day guys and catch your own butterflies, after all we are in control of our thoughts, actions and feelings.
with love M
