Hello community, Meidolon here with a new article.

I will do a short speck about the brain and how to overcome lazyness and fatigue.

We all want to be more productive ,to do more things,to get better results at work or at school but sometimes we feel so tired that we drop on the couch after work and watch tv for hours.

I had the same problem,i was lazy, could not get up early in the morning, i could not focus on anithing, i was a real mess.Now i am in the fourth week of my diet program and results are showing

How this works

You have to change your eating habbits and mindset, that is the hard part because not all of us like to quit what we enjoy the most. For instance the number one cause of fatigue is sugar and fatty food.
When we overdose sugar we get sugar high ,it is like a caffeine rush.Yow feel lots and lots of energy bit it wont last for long, after the rush is gone, you get sleepy and tired. And on the other hand to much sugar can cause brain fog and focusing problems and besides that , IT MAKES YOU FAT !!!
The human body needs about 6-9 teaspoons of sugar on a daily basis and not necessarily industrial sugar.Thw human body can get its sugar from fruits and vegetables. For instance if you drink 2.5 l of soda and eat i box of icecream every day without exercise you will end up in the next STAR-WARS playing Jabba the Hut.

The first step is to change your mindset, acknowledge what is bad for your body and poisonus for the mind.

I got this down in a 4 week program.

WEEK 1

Reduce your sugar dose by 50% ( if you smoke ,reduce 50% and it will speed up the process)
If you get a sugar crisis eat some apples, it helps

WEEK 2

You have to slowly remove fatty food from your diet , replace it with boiled foods, well cooked grill chicken, grilled fish.Dairy products ( do not exagerate)
And slowly start to do simple physical exercises, like push ups,sit ups, abs
Reduce sugar dose by another 50% that will get to 25%

WEEK 3

Reduce sugar dose to 0 , eat more fruit and veggies, you will have the hunger feeling all the time.Do not eat more than before the diet.Drink more tea, more water.
Remove fatty food from diet, reduce the grilled meat, eat more fish ( not fried)
Exercise more , start jogging

WEEK 4

Dairy products consumption to a minimum, resume more on fruits and veggies, water,fish.
Exercise more than you did before.
Wake up at 5 am in the morning and start doing something productive that powers up the brain.

You will fell more energic, more focused, and you will get all the things done

This is my personal diet that i took, i did not consult with a doctor or a nutritionist

Gosh I am impressed, I have tried a few times and always stumble around the second week, I am trying a more gradually targeted sugar loss, not having it in tea, eating less sweet things n the day, but I am a hard core sugar addict. I need to give it a better go, get myself some of that focus and energy :)
