As you know, leaders are people, which have certain abilities to the presendence. Curiosity, creativity, communication are the main features, which separate leaders from other people. But how they are gaining these abilities? Of it’s own accord we know, that they can’t acquire them by self. So people can be taught and learned how to lead.   

First of all, leaders from their childhood or adolescence have their authorities. Beyond all manner, every authority are leaders. Curiosity is one of the factors, which let transfer not even knowledge, but also personal features from one person to another. According to this, what will hamper youngster to advance as leader?   

Second, I have no doubt that creative people are leaders. Less or much, but leadership or creativity has no bounds. Learning creativity, therefore, does not mean starting from scratch. Using others opinion, or ideas and adding something from you make you creative and original.   

One of the important ability is communication. If person has improved speaking skills, he must be a leader. However, being able to clearly and preciselly describe what you want done is extremely important. This skill is taught by circumstances which always around this person. Otherwise, we don’t live in the silent world, because everybody express itself.   

All in all, some of leader abilities are gained by learning. It’s just only person choice if he wants to have it. Such capabilities as creativity, communicating or curiosity is thoughtful for being a leader.
