Hello dear friends my series My philosophy explain things from my own perspective and talk about things we live in our daily lives from a logical, and philosophical side easy and simple to understand i like to make my topics short summarize the idea as i always said I love giving raw material directly.

Why do I hate these things?

The dislike of something in the present is closely linked to an event that occurred in the past and recorded in the unconscious point. You hate things because it associate you with bad and disturbing memories that you experienced in a past stage of your life.

I faced much situations like this and that is an example.

One day I was in a fever and felt nauseous, and I saw my brother eating the carrots, and i hated the carrots in that moment. why? Because the carrots became a reminder of that moment when I was sick. And in our human nature, we hate anything that reminds us of the moments of our weakness these instincts were born with us we can not escape it no matter what we try.

And there is much examples you faced in your life like "A woman hate men because her ex husband betrayed her", "a child feared and hate the darkness because his parents told him that the ghosts were born out of darkness".

There are many examples but there is one reason the hatred born of a bad experience that has occurred in the past and has a total impact on the present and the future.

  • Addition:

I first heard about it in clinical terms in psych 101 (I went on to pursue my BA in Psych). Sometimes it is a great learning tool. For instance, if one ingests a substance not for eating and gets sick- we learn not to eat that. Another example, a toddler touches a hot stove and learns not to touch a hot stove (as parents we of course try to teach them not to do this before they get burned). However, aversion can sometimes happen to the detriment of a being. As a child you're forced to eat a vegetable a person is forced to "eat their veggies" and find vegetables they don't enjoy; so as an adult this person avoids vegetables. We know vegetables are extremely important to include in one's diet. One might also have a bad experience doing something they might actually love. If someone takes one cycling class, tries running once, tries one yoga class and hates the experience, this doesn't mean the activity should be never considered again.
