It Is Not As Good As It Seems

Normalcy Bias is a psychological phrase describing a survival mechanism. We assume that everything will return to normal. Sort of linear thinking. Tomorrow will be just like today, next week will be just like this week, next month will be just like this month and so on. This was just the thinking pattern that caused so many Jews to not leave Europe when their lives were threatened by Hitler.
I believe this survival thing is going on in America today. We know deep in our hearts that a storm is coming that will include many challenges and difficulties as the end times are fast approaching. Turmoil is all around us. Look at Turkey, Europe as well as our financial markets, natural disasters such as fires in California and floods in Louisiana to name a few.
Things are not normal today and it is time for us to face the facts and realize that the things spoken of in GOD's Word, the Bible are coming to pass. It is time for preparation. Scripture tells us to watch unto prayer and press into GOD.
If you don't know the LORD now is the time to give your heart to JESUS. Now is not the time to delay! If you are a believer now is the time to pray in your friends and family. This is not the time for denial! GOD is our Rock and our fortress. We can trust Him with our future.
