"honesty" - would be to say "that guy is so fat"

  • this example is how we have been taught to live and be "honest" in our world.

while "self honesty" would be to ask "what factors made that guy obese", and "how can we prevent people from going into obesity"

further : "do I have a emotional experience, like with judgment towards people that are obese" ?

the difference between honesty and self honesty is breathtaking
