😴 Change your life by doing this before bed 😴

Would you believe me if I told you that you can change your life while sleeping ? Sounds too good, right ? I mean we all love to sleep but you never thought that you could possibly change your life while sleeping.

Well, you gotta believe me on this one. It's actually possible to reprogram your subconsciousness while you are sleeping. I know... The word reprogramming sounds a bit scary. Obviously, the reprogramming can work both ways, positive and negative.

Now, I'm not saying that you will fuck your life up by attempting this. No, that's totally not what I meant. In fact, most likely you have been fucking your life up everyday already.

Wanna know how ? Well, right before we sleep our emotions and thoughts are carried over through out the whole night while you're sleeping. Your subconsciousness will always process your final thoughts and emotions of the day.

Everyone thinks about their lives right before they fall asleep. "Oh I'm so fat", "I don't have enough money", "The relationship is not working", "I'm really depressed", "I'm scared of tomorrow".

These are just a few examples, I could go on an on but you get the point. All those negative thoughts will continue to be processed while you are sleeping and it will manifest into your life even more.

Our thoughts shape our reality, and if you're always thinking negative thoughts it will eventually manifest into your life.

So it's really important to be as positive as possible before you are about to sleep. You don't want all the negative emotions and thoughts running trough your head for the whole night while you are sleeping.

That's the reason I said reprogramming can work both ways. If you will attempt this, you are already changing your life for the better. You are not going to fuck up your life doing this because you already know that only the negative thoughts and emotions can fuck you up.

If you are attempting this, you will be trying to shift your thoughts and emotions to the positive side. And I don't see how this could have any possible side effects, do you ?

There are 2 important factors here if you want to change your life. You could already guess. It's thoughts and emotions.

If you were just to think positive thoughts (instead of negative) it will not be enough. Of course, it's still better than nothing and it will definitely help you improve your life anyway. But there's more to it.

Emotions play a big part when it comes to reprogramming. For example, let's say you want to be wealthy. You must not only think that you are wealthy but you must also FEEL that you are wealthy.

You must act as if you were already wealthy. You must feel as if you are already rich as fuck. Do you want to attract a significant other into your life ?

Well think and feel like you already have a significant other. Feel the love. Feel being loved and you will start getting towards the goal. Your subconsciousness will take you there!

Visualize yourself having what you want. Feel the emotion of what it would feel like to have what you desire. Trust me, feeling the emotion is a huge part of reprogramming yourself.

The best way to explain this in short - "Fake it until you make it". Although you don't have it yet, but you have to "fake" having it. Fake feeling it. And soon... You won't have to fake the feeling anymore because you will manifest your desire and the feeling will be real :)

And most importantly, you have to keep the negative thoughts away at all times. Negativity attracts more negativity. Same goes for positivity.

If you commit to reprogram yourself, then you will see some positive results for sure. You will be much more focused and productive because there won't be that many negative thoughts flying trough your head all the time.

Of course, it's really really hard to completely never think of anything negative but reducing the amount of negative thoughts and feelings will help a lot to improve your life.


Also, in addition to positive thoughts and emotions before you sleep, there's something you can do while you sleep to make this process even faster. It's HYPNOSIS.

Hypnosis is an amazing way to reprogram your subconsciousness. Just turn on a hypnosis session from Youtube as you go to sleep and you're good.
