Thank you @dedicatedguy for great sharing. Education system may not suitable for everyone but most important is about individual attitude towards learning and get ready himself or herself. I don't have good results during my school time (SPM aka O level) but at least I managed to learn and self study (I wish got YouTube during my old days) most of the programming languages that even university graduated may not beat me. Lazy student with bad school results doesn't mean lazy to learn.

This is important, I remember reading that the majority of the best programmers were the ones who learned by themselves, which something I didn't expected.
