Nomophobia is a psychic aberration that is influenced by one's dependence on gadgets. Nomophobia itself is an abbreviation derived from the English language, namely No Mobilephone Phobia, which means an excessive anxiety that is felt by someone because it is separate from the gadgets that he has. 70% of female smartphone users will feel anxious when away from the gadget, while 61% of men experience the same thing.
The development of smart phones are increasingly rapidly not only cause positive effects for the community, but there are also negative effects, one of which is nomophobia. Based on more in-depth searches, two main factors causing addiction are addicted games and FoMO syndrome (Fear of Missing Out) or more commonly known as a person's dependence on social networking.
