Hoje irei contar uma história que aconteceu comigo agora de manha.
Eu recebi um chamado para ir buscar um passageiro em um shopping na cidade de Campinas.
Na hora que eu recebi o chamado, eu estava a uns 3 Km de distancia (o que da uns 5 minutos de carro). Pois bem... me dirigi ao local para buscar o passageiro.
Ao chegar lá o que eu encontro???
Amarelinhos a minha espera com um guincho.... hahaha... é claro que eu nao parei o veículo, cancelei o chamado e fui embora, mas eu achei o cúmulo armarem uma arapuca dessas.
O que ocorre é que a Prefeitura de Campinas 'regulamentou' o uso de aplicativos na cidade da seguinte maneira:
- O motorista tem obrigatóriamente que ser morador na cidade com comprovacao de endereco
- O motorista precisa ter um carro emplacado na cidade de Campinas
- O motorista deve fazer o registro na Prefeitura de Campinas para pagar os seus tributos (até aí eu concordo com isso)
- Há algumas exigencias quanto ao tipo de veículo como: veículos nao podem ter idade superior a 5 anos
O problema aqui é o seguinte: essa lei entrou em vigor agora no meio de Marco e a Prefeitura nao especificou muito certo como deve ser o processo de cadastramento dos motoristas... mas claro que já colocou os amarelinhos para multarem e guincharem os carros irregulares... brincadeira né?
O pior disso tudo é: Campinas é uma regiao metropolitana o que quer dizer que há muita circulacao de pessoas entre os vários municipios que a compoem.... resultado? Logo logo haverá menos motoristas circulando na cidade pois nao haverá mais viagens intermunicipais.
Agora a cereja do bolo: O Sr. Jonas Donizetti (Prefeito da cidade de Campinas) é proprietário de 50% da frota de taxis da cidade.... precisa dizer algo mais?
Bem, por esse post é somente isso.
