Pois quanto maior o acesso a informações, melhor para todos. Citar um tweet ou um comentário de Facebook pra fofocar sobre como "estudos recentes dizem que café é bom para depressão" é um péssimo hábito sem conhecer as fontes e sem ao menos saber se isso é realmente verdade.
Com o conhecimento, ganhamos argumentos verídicos, uma forma de identificar o que há de errado com o serviço de uma construtora, de uma obra pública, ou os perigos de um vazamento. Também nos munimos com dados novos para enfrentar e resolver situações importantes para nosso bem estar, lendo sobre nosso psicológico ou reconhecendo a química nociva de um alimento.
Se você está desenvolvendo seu TCC, conte suas conclusões ao mundo! Você pode até publicar seus estudos e descobertas num blog com anúncios do Google e ganhar uma graninha extra enquanto enriquece o mundo. Com certeza, eu acompanharia.

Acho que a publicação do TCC, monografia ou tese de pós graduação, mestrado ou doutorado já são publicados pelas universidades em sites e bibliotecas digitais como a USP faz em http://www.teses.usp.br Encontro vários trabalhos disponibilizados pelos alunos no SlideShare, mas poucos com monetização.
