Continuando a série de Modernos Half Dollars Comemorativos, apresentaremos hoje o 1992-S "Olympic Half Dollar", gradado pela PCGS PR70 DCAM.

Todas as moedas desta série pesam 11,34g com 91,67% de cobre e 8,33% de níquel. Foram emitidas com acabamento Proof e Brilliant Uncirculated.

Elas serão apresentadas na ordem que foram emitidas.

Esta moeda foi emitida para comemorar os Jogos Olímpicos de 1992. Os jogos de verão foram realizados em Barcelona, Espanha e os de inverno em Albertville e Savoie, França.

O obverso mostra a imagem de uma ginasta em movimento, tendo ao fundo a bandeira americana.

O reverso mostra uma imagem da tocha olímpica e um ramo de oliveira desenhado por Steven M Bieda.
