Organize the food of the day or even the week, having to eat by hand, it is easier to follow. Hydrating is essential because sometimes we think we are hungry, but in fact it is thirsty! Forget the old system of eating at 3 am and 3 am, eat when you're hungry, don't be afraid of it !! Eat your food slowly, savoring and feeling your real hunger. Make smart choices when you take a break from your food and most importantly: mistakes happen, don't lose your results because of them, just eat right again at the next meal !!! And finally patience and constancy is the key to success !!!!!

O primeiro passo é se organizar, existem muitas estrategias ,entao é so achar uma que combine com voce!!!
Va ao mercado e se abasteça.
Organize a alimentação do dia ou ate da semana, tendo o que comer a mao ,é mais fácil seguir.
Se hidratar é fundamental pois as vezes achamos que estamos com fome, mas na verdade é sede!
Esqueça o velho sistema de comer em 3h e 3h horas, coma quando sentir fome, nao tenha medo dela!!
Coma os alimentos devagar ,saborel por causa deles, só volta a se alimentar corretamente na proxima refeicao!!!
E por fim paciência e constancia é a chave do sucesso!!!!!
