I am Public

1- I am the Public thus I have many servants.
2- The servants are ever increasing surveillance on the Public
Questions:
Shouldn't we be applying the methods they use and propose on them?
Shouldn't we be able to view all bank accounts our servants have and identify sources and destinations of all transactions?
Anybody?
