Warmongers don’t like our new campaign

Pentagon spending in the United States is out of control — and growing worse, over $700 billion on the military and war every year.

Money not spent on pre-K access, fighting climate change, providing health care, maintaining our national parks, reducing global poverty, addressing the opioid addiction epidemic or restructuring government.

So we’re going to take on the military contractors and the warmongers. Slash Pentagon and war spending and reallocate money to pressing human needs like education, health care and the climate.

Can you take on the military-industrial complex and corporate America?

Our country can’t make the investments it needs for a fair, equitable and ecologically sustainable future until we endless wars for military contractors.

We demand a modicum of sanity and justice in our spending priorities and values.

The acting Secretary of Defense was previously the senior vice president at Boeing, the second largest military contractor in the country. The scam and sickness is obvious.

The United States death machine spent $6 trillion on wars that led to the deaths of 500,000 people since 2001. Uncontrolled Pentagon spending fuels global militarism and inevitably makes the prospect of war much greater. It diverts unconscionable sums of money away from pressing human needs, domestic and foreign, including the imperative of investments to prevent catastrophic climate change.
