Hello Foodies friends! I hope you are good! Today I am going to share this recipe with you "" "healthy" "" haha the truth is that I do not know how caloric it is, but if it has vegetables for me it is more than enough to call it healthy.

Hola amigos de Foodies! espero que se encuentren muy bien! en el dia hoy voy a compartirles ésta receta """saludable""" jaja la verdad que desconozco que tan calorica es, pero si tiene verduras para mi es mas que suficiente para denominarla saludable.


The recipe is leek tart with green onion and broccoli

La receta es tarta de puerro con cebolla de verdeo y brocoli

It's simple, so follow me! First we are going to start by cutting all our vegetables, in this case we will use green onion, leek and broccoli.

Es sencillo, asi que siganme! primero vamos a comenzar cortando todas nuestras verduras, en ésta caso utilizaremos cebolla de verdeo, puerro y brocoli.

In a pan we are going to heat a piece of butter, and right there we are going to incorporate our vegetables with a little salt so that they begin to release their juices.

En una sarten vamos a calentar un trozo de manteca, y allí mismo vamos a incorporar nuestras verduras con un poco de sal para que comiencen a largar sus jugos.

When our vegetables are already cooked and they have released their liquids, we are going to add a heaping tablespoon of flour.
We are going to incorporate with a wooden spoon, when these are mixed and a paste is formed we are going to incorporate a little milk and a tablespoon of cream cheese. We stir with low heat

Cuando nuestra verdura ya esté cocica y hayan largado sus liquidos, vamos a incorporar una cucharada colmada de harina. Colocamos la mezcla, y por arriba yo le puse queso cremoso porque porsupuesto el queso le queda perfecta a cada preparacion! y cuando esté a nuestro gusto, va a horno medio por aproximadamente media hora! nuestro relleno solo debe coagular y la masa de la base debe estar crocante

After half an hour of cooking, remove from the oven and let it cool so as not to burn ourselves. Finally, that's how my leek cake was ♥

Pasada la media hora de coccion retiramos del horno y dejamos enfriar para no quemarnos. Finalmente asi quedó mi tarta de puerro ♥
