The DUDU's Zoology Department has claimed to find the formula to save the Pulses from the enemy spinach insect. Six years ago, Dr. Keshav Singh, who taught six years ago to prepare the fertilizers of ketchu for farmers of Gorakhpur Basti Mandal, has sent his report to DST (Department of Science and Technology) after the successful completion of the experiment. Spraying of this liquid fertilizer according to the climate of Purvanchal is not only successful in eliminating rosemary pests, but also very effective in increasing yield.
15-20 years ago, there was an outbreak of littering insects that the yield of pulses in eastern Uttarakhand ended in a way. Later, some farmers used the fertilization of chemical fertilizers for two years, the cultivation of gram, tur and peas, but the use of chemical fertilizers severely reduced yields. Dr. Keshav Singh of Zoology department started work on this, after preparing the fertilization of ketchu in DDU, who distributed the farmers six years ago. Liquid organic manure derived from vermicomposting on rosemary insect (Helicoverpa armageera) proved to be effective. He made a liquid manure by adding 200gun neem oil in the wormic wash.
Mixing ten times water in it produces liquids. During the evening, they were sprayed on pulse crops, when they had sufficient amount of flowers. As a result, it was seen that rotten insects were eliminated from the farmer's farm and there was no loss of beans. In all the beans, grains are grown in abundance and yield increased.
Dr Keshav Singh told that he sprayed it in the field of about 25 farmers for two to three years continuously. As a result, rotten insects were eliminated in the farmers' fields and the yield also increased manifold. Recently, his research paper has been published in the World Journal of Agricultural Science. Dr. Singh says that it is a very organic fertilizer prepared in short expenditure, which the farmers of Purvanchal can return to the good days of cultivation of two pulses.
Warmi Wash (liquid organic manure) is prepared
Add more quantity of ketchup in organic compost by preparing organic waste, that is, animal dung, urban waste, paddy husk, agricultural wastewater, etc., in the waste compost and add water to it from above by adding it in the worm wash collective device. Five kilograms of wormwash collects 2 liters of water slowly in the collective device.
After about five to six hours, after the opening of the stove in the lower part of the device, the drop of the liquid is collected in the other compartment like the tea. Vermicum wash is collected by filtering it with clean cloth. It is neither bad nor bad in its ability to keep it in the normal climate for a long time. Using Vermi Wash is proving to be very effective in the cultivation of vegetables.
