100 Push ups for 30 day challenge - HUGE RESULTS? (100 Push ups, 50 Pull ups, 150 Squats)

Hi Steemit people! I did 100 Push ups, 50 Pull ups, 150 Squats every single day during 30 day period and here we go - sharing my experience! For those who prefer to watch, check out my video!

After finishing this experiment I got my conclusion on such type of programs!

Your body need REST.
You need to brush your teeth every day, but not workout if you need good results lol. You simply exhaust yourself and not leaving a time for your muscles to recover. Good recovery is really important!

You can't expect amazing results in 30 days. Nice and healthy body needs a lot of time and hard work!
Like everything in this life - more your working on something - better results you get. Same story with the fitness and bodybuilding!

You definitely will feel yourself better, stronger and got some more endurance!
After this routine your endurance will definitely be better - you will be able to do more reps and will not be exhausted after each set!

It is a good experience and this program worth to try. Challenge yourself!
Yeah! Why not? Try it dude!

You will improve your push ups, pull ups or squats, or even all together.
At the beginning, I was able to do about 45 push ups, 20 pull ups, never tried max squats, now I can do 70 push ups, 26 pull ups and 150 squats!

My body got little to nothing transformation, but if you have no practise in such type of things, you might get way better shape than you are right now!
