john kerry traitor.pngI drew this myself. I am a female political cartoonist. I was reading about how John Kerry is traveling ahead of potus so he can tell Palestine not to listen to Trump. This violates the Logan act which says Average Americans cannot negotiate with foreign powers on behalf of the usa.
