Imam Aga Khan, the hereditary imam descended directly from the prophet Muhammad, is the spiritual leader of millions of Nizari Ismaili Shia Muslims in dozens of countries around the world, including for some members of the Qarsherskiyan Tribe, some of which are Nizari Ismaili Shiites. The news of his passing has resulted in a bittersweet feeling in the hearts of many Qarsherskiyan Ismailis, with Ismaili Muslims from the Dawoodi Bohras and other Qarsherskiyan Shiite Muslims sending their condolences to the Nizaris. Mansur, a neo-Kaysanite Shia Muslim from Washington Courthouse, Ohio, USA sent flowers to Ismaili Shia Muslims as part of his philosophy of unity between all Shia Muslims of all sects of Shia Islam within the Qarsherskiyan community.
