Ang Duchy of Cleves (Cleve) ay isang teritoryo ng Banal na Imperyong Romano ng Aleman na Bansa sa Lower Rhine-Westphalian Circle sa magkabilang panig ng Rhine sa pagitan ng Prince Bishopric ng Münster, ang Reichsstift Essen, ang Duchies of Berg, Jülich at Geldern at ang Electorate ng Cologne.
