Qoinpro is a scam!

This is how I got scammed by QoinPro

I made a Qoinpro account a while back to take advantage of the many forks that they said they would support in January: SuperBitcoin, BitcoinDiamond, SuperLitecoin to name a few. Something told me not to do it just for the "free coins" as that is a motivation of greed and nothing else, but I went ahead anyway like a fool (listen to your instinct). November 24th I first deposited my first 0.1 BTC as a test and on the 29th withdrew successfully, that was a confidence educing. Because of the upcoming forks in January, I decided to send the funds to receive the forked coins on Dec 28th, I sent 0.1 BTC and 4.7 LTC in 1 transaction each.

Days passed and I had gotten no forked coins, after getting no response from emails and twitter inquiries, I decided to withdraw my funds. Or so I thought... On Jan 22nd and 24th I withdrew my 4.7LTC and 0.1BTC respectively. On the website it says that the withdrawals may take up to 24 hours since they are all processed manually. What alarmed me at first was the total lack of "withdrawal to" address/destination or "show transaction on chain" button, it appears for funding but not withdrawals. It seems you are left in the dark, hoping that they send the funds to the right place. Weird... 6 days passed, I got nothing, I knew exactly which wallets I sent to, there was no chance that I messed up on my part. Email after email is ignored, Tweets are ignored. I check my wallets online, the blockchains of BTC and LTC show the funds going form my QoinPro account to a random wallet which I've never been owner of. They got me. They did a bait and switch on the wallet addresses. I should have been more careful. Keep your coins in private wallets and on exchanges folks, don't fool around with faucets and other gimmicks.

Please learn from my mistake, and let others know, you may re-post this if you wish to spread the word.

I have attached a screenshot of the lack of support for information regarding outgoing transactions.

Note how it has "actions" where you can see the transaction info. This appears only on deposits. It also shows "show incoming transactions" but no history of transactions
