Intermittent Fasting - Making Exceptions and Compromises

In this video I talk about planning and successfully getting away with exceptions and compromises if you choose to use intermittent fasting over the long term.

I'm not talking about falling off the wagon and getting back on track, but strategically including social meals (with friends, family, colleagues) that apparently would interfere with your IF, but in the end they make you more adherent to this way of eating for the long term.
