What is the meaning of Quark:

The meaning of chain:

a number of atoms or chemical groups united like links in a chain

So yeah… Quarkchain https://quarkchain.io/ does innovation on current blockchain. I think in few months time we call quarkchain not blockchain. As we call toothpaste as a colgate rather than toothpaste itself.

Here is the reason why I think Quarkchain is the greatest of all time

1. Promises over 1 million transactions!!! Currently 2K transaction on Amazon web services. It want to challenge ethereum, zilliqa -->Scalability

2. It uses “Sharding” — Elastic Sharding Layer and Root Layer

3. A platform where Dapps can be deployed, employing proof of work

The real challenge with blockchain scalability isn’t getting the number of transactions per second up, it’s doing this WHILST maintaining an acceptable level of decentralization and security within the blockchain.

1. They utilise Sharding and Cross-sharing. The ROOT CHAIN confirms the block first from the sharded chains then SHARDING layer will distributed the processing from sub-set of all transactions independently.

2. Increase in number of shards will eventually increase the cappacity of quarkchain as new blockchain 3.0

3. POW GPU mining- >50% of hashpower dedicated to Root layer to prevent double spending

4. It also has incentive driven for miners. Small miners also get rewarded

5. It supports Ethereum Virtual Machine for development of direct deployment of Dapps in their platform once their mainnet is live.

The market cap for Zilliqa is U$ 1 billion, Neo is U$5.9 billion, Icon is U$1.6 billion

Hardcap for Quarkchain is only U$20 million!!!!! There is massive room for upside valuation. I personally believe it is 20x to MOOOOON!!!!
