Need advice!

Hey, people! I have a question – how you are looking for a job?

Yes, how you are looking for a fucking job?

Why I am asking? I'm not a retarded or something like that, I made a good, very good CV, professional photo with suit and everything, no grammar mistakes, not to long, not to short.

I sent my CV already more than 200 times and I had 0 answers, 0 interviews. ZEORO!
I'm interested or its only me, or more people have this problem?

Maybe I don’t know something, maybe in last year something has changed? Maybe no one sending a CV anymore, maybe there is another way of looking a job and applying for positions.

Yes, first week I was sending CV to big positions – nothing, next week to lower position – nothing. Every day I am sending CV to lower and lower position and nothing happening.

Of course, maybe something bad in my country, maybe in your country you don’t have this kind problem, but still – in what kind whys you are looking for a job, maybe you know some tricks, some new methods, if answer is YES – pleas tell the answer in the comments or send me a message. . just share your experience.
Thanks!!!

I'm also looking to get a good job. I think you should contact the employer a few days after you send your CV. And read about the company. Calling them and knowing about what they do will make you seem more motivated and interested. With so many people looking for jobs you need to do something extra to make yourself seen. You have sent your CV hundreds of times, think about how many CVs they receive. Give them a reason to find yours and look at it. Best of luck to you!

Yes, I started to call them, for new nothing, maybe its idea to be old school and just go there, I'm thinking about this, but it's a little scary! :))

Here in the Netherlands, I'm also looking for a job, for more then 3 years now. It's very hard to find. It looks like there are enough positions free ... but when you send a motivation letter with your cv ... you don't get any reply. Oh yes, I contacted the employers many times, but still got no job. They were not interested. There are so many people looking for jobs and the employers can just choose the very very best ... It's hard, but the way it is. What to do, I wish I'd knew!

I've been thinking that in the Netherlands should be much easier! A lot of people from my country are going to the Netherlands to work, of course, they are doing low paid, physical jobs :) I wish you to find work as soon as possible!!! :))

What country are you from? If I may ask so ...

Lithuania :))

I didn't know that many people from your country went to the Netherlands, that's a surprise to me. We all know that people from Romania, Hungary and Poland come here to work, but Lithuania also is a surprise to me ;-)

I hope you will find yourself a job also.

Just because Lithuania is a small country, population is only near 3 000 000, a little less, but in Poland are living 37 000 000 people in Romania nearby 20 000 000, so even if from all these countries to the Netherlands will go only 0.01% of the population you will fund only a few Lithuanians and a few hundred Polish people :))
