    Litecoin Testnet is an environment for testing purpose where in you can do some dummy/test transactions to explore how Litecoin platform works in testing mode.
    LTCT is an abbreviation for the coin used on testnet and has no real value. LTC is an abbreviation for the real coin used on live decentralized network which has real value. Hope this helps.
