Well, that depends on what expert you talk to.
And where they make their money stream from.
So, if you talk to a supplement guru, you will hear about the diet and how our regular food is depleted (true) and how you need supplement X to make your testosterone skyrocket into the proverbial stratosphere (usually not true).
The foodies, they will have you going full paleo/keto/mega-macro-mohito, or, whatever is the latest trend that will get you to buy whatever book or e-course they are hawking.
Hey, by the way, click here and buy me a coffee would ya? Only if you like my writing though. ;)

I'm coming back from living on the street for a whole winter. I froze my balls off.
But, that made my joints feel better, so, for the most part, most was all positive. And my testosterone went up.
Anyway, personal bias and systems (oh, I love systems btw, don't get me wrong here ) are literally "funneling" the minds of the population wherever the latest trends go.
Our poor brains, devoid of any extra ATP, can't get it up you see.
ITS A TOTAL ENEGY DEFICIT - and it's making your nuts for shit.
Just like the economy, the whole of modern society is suffering from titanically tanked testosterone and shrunken serotonin storage facilities.
Well, the serotonin storage is not in existence per se. It's a lump of calcified rock in the middle of your head.
That's your pineal see.
It used to store serotonin. Now it doesn't.
No wonder we as a society are, in actuality, all so cranky.
And, no hanky panky. not even a quick furtive wanky.
Ok, alliteration and jokes aside:
It's our own damn fault.
We get our dopamine squirts (dribbles?) now from our devices.
The same technology that is the main culprit of low testosterone.
Charles R. Poliquin (https://www.quora.com/profile/Charles-R-Poliquin) Even put it as number two in one of his first three answers here on quora.
"Your phone is cast rating you" or something along those lines and, pointed out that he had 120 plus studies to cite.
By the way, he learned to read German so he could re-translate all the old strength training texts from that area of the world.
He's not afraid to do new things and keep an open mind.
So, keep your mind open, throw out your phone, hit the dollar store and buy a pair of cheap blue light blocking glasses for $4 and get off your ass, go outside, take off your shirt and lift some heavy implements in your backyard.
Shoes off.
You could also go here and watch the video on the front page. With those glasses on from the dollar store.

P.s. I am sure there is a correlation to obesity…yes. It's an energy deficit problem.
