This awesome quilt was made by my talented sister in law Marlena Asprey. She does amazing work and I am so lucky to have received such a beautiful gift!!
I love the colors and I love seeing the yoga poses. some, I can do. Others - hmm - maybe not. But it is all good as long as we move our bodies somehow - right?
