Steps to quit smoking
20 to 40 percent of #arab people are smokers, 20/100 of them are addicted.
Everybody knows that smoking is a very bad habit and a very bad addiction, but few of us knows the correct steps to quit this habit:
1- set a date to quit smoking, this date should be in the next 3 weeks
2- announce to your colleges, friends and family that you will stop smoking in the coming 3 weeks.
3- put a new program for your daily activities
4- fill your time and put a weekly schedule for sports activities
5- decrease your daily amount till you reach zero cigarettes in three weeks
