2nd and 4th point is the most important in my opinion. I know all are but those two where the ones I struggle with the most. I just don't accept it and just try to suppress it. I try to not do it but I do struggle with it. And for a long time, I didn't even recognized I do it. But now, I try to be more self conscious about it. Good points :)
